Former President Donald Trump took to social media Thursday to give his followers an encouraging message during the Thanksgiving holiday.
“A very interesting time in our Country, but do not worry, we will be great again and we will all do it together,” Trump said in a statement that played off his campaign slogan “Make America Great Again.”
Is this Trump’s way of hinting at a potential comeback election bid in 2024?
We can only hope!
Trump also added, “America will never fail, and we will never allow it to go in the wrong direction. Too many generations of greatness are counting on us. Enjoy your Thanksgiving knowing that a wonderful future lies ahead!”
After leaving the White House and the presidency 10 months ago, Trump has publicly toyed with a rematch against Biden.
Although Biden unfortunately bested Trump by more than 7 million votes nationwide, the Electoral College would have been tied if Trump gained just 43,000 votes in three swing states.
We all know that amongst voter fraud and sketchy ballots being cast, this is a questionable assumption. Since most likely the votes were in Trump’s favor in the last election.
However, I digress we must move on and deal with what we are stuck with now in office.
A separate Thanksgiving email blast attributed to Trump by the fundraising department of his Save America PAC solicited contributions by citing soaring inflation.
“We have a lot to be thankful for, but unfortunately, RECORD HIGH INFLATION is not one of those things. Biden took the beautiful, strong economy I built and lit it up in flames. The price of your Thanksgiving meal has gone up 14%. Despicable,” that statement said.
I think we can all agree after receiving the grocery bill this holiday.
